Within 20 days of shipping date of your shipment, you may return the items to RosaryMarket.com.
If the return is due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong products), we'll refund you the
order total amount including shipping. If the return is not due to our error and you did incur
shipping fees, we will refund the order total amount not including shipping cost and 10% off for
re-stocking fee. If the return is not due to our error and you did not incur shipping fees,
we will refund the order total amount minus $4.50 for shipping and 10% off for re-stocking fee.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from RosaryMarket.com.
We cannot exchange or refund items that are defective or damaged, items that are returned more than 20 days
after shipping date, are in unsellable condition, are personalized or customized, or are missing parts.
Mailing Instructions
Include all original packing material, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid
any additional fees.
We recommend items be returned via regular mail. We also
recommend reusing the original shipping carton and packing materials. The original package should
contain a return address sticker in case you want to return any items to us.

Refunds
